Since 1997, OTI has focused solely on the imaging, indexing, archiving, and retrieving of mission critical business information. Our expertise lies in bringing customized solutions to solve our client’s individual document management challenges, finding immediate and long-term savings and most importantly, successfully processing each assignment to satisfy our clients.
With OTI, the Client is always in control. There are no long-term contracts and our clients choose to stay with us because of our outstanding service. We bill clients only for the actual documents they send to us for processing. Billing is monthly on small accounts and twice per month on large accounts. Our minimum service charge is just $250.00 per month, per project.
We offer creative recommendations on how to more effectively manage your business documents. Because of our recommedations, our current clients have saved thousands of dollars in internal and external costs.
Our Quality Control processes are second to none, and insure you the highest levels of indexing accuracy and image quality, of 99.9% or better. OTI's rigorous QC protocol ensures the highest service delivery standards.
Security Comes First at OTI. All employees are subject to pre-hiring background checks, and all work is performed in secure premises. All raw and processed data is secure and backed up for disaster recovery. In addition, OTI has also met all government and compliance standards to image confidential documents.
